Today’s Weird Holiday… Fridge Cleanup Day
I don’t know about you, but we still have food left over from Christmas week and if there is a way to incorporate some of it into today’s dinner, that is what we are going to do. Who really needs a second Christmas dinner… although when we were growing up, that’s is exactly what we had. But maybe instead, we should have an “empty the fridge” kind of dinner on the first of January!

Thats the kind of dinner I will be having tonight.
When everyone leaves on boxing day, the fridge is still full. I took the left over gravy and froze in ice cube trays and when I want gravy I just take out one cube.
