Quit and you get no where. I have never been the most patient person, but somewhere along the line, I learned that if you want something badly enough, you have to work at it. If you quit, it’s never going to happen. If you stick with it, who knows, you just might pull it off. At least you have a better chance at succeeding than if you quit.

Usually, I take care of the complaining, but today my husband took it on and stopped off at the construction trailer to complain about the window and a little water feature that is happening in our cold room. About ten minutes later, someone from maintenance appeared to take a look. I certainly wouldn’t have received that kind of treatment! I was hoping that all of the things that could go wrong with house were behind us, but apparently not. Today (Monday) Britt opened a window in the loft and the window fell out… straight down three floors to end up on the grass below. Wouldn’t you know that it would have to be a holiday and I can’t get a hold of anyone to replace the window. I left a message with the builder and now I just have to wait and see.
