No, I’m not in the mood to cook. I made bread once this week (okay thanks to the breadmaker) and then I made baking soda biscuits last night. Damn this World Cup thing. It is taking over our life!! Before I started working this morning, I was watching Breakfast Television and noticed at the end of the program, all the women had their wardrobes provided for them by various companies. I couldn’t help but wonder what that must be like. Get up, go into work and find a new outfit waiting for you… in your own size!

Well, I’m just about to head off for an afternoon of shopping… we will see just how good I am at this. But here is my tried and true list. (And a rolling shopping satchell isn’t a bad idea either! I’m surprised I don’t see more of them.)
1. Know what you need before you head out.
2. Dress appropriately if you plan to try on clothes. That usually means loose fitting and easy to slip out of. Change rooms are notoriously small and a major pain if you are trying to pull clothes off over your head. And check to see …read more
