Yes, I came into my office before I even went down to breakfast. My brain feels a bit muddy this morning and I needed a bit of inspiration before I start blogging. I clicked on “StumbleUpon” and sure enough it took me straight to a site that talks about writing 100 words a day… no more and no less. The site even gives you little “stories” completed in yes… 100 words.

So You Think You Can Dance

I’m the only one in our family who has been following So You Think You Can Dance and I’m hooked. These kids blow me away! But last night… whatever were they thinking. Apparently 8 million people voted and Dmitri gets voted off the show?? This kid is brilliant and I’m really going to miss him. I certainly didn’t see it coming!

There are a lot of quotations books – good ones – but every now and then one comes along that is absolutely inspired. I found this book in, of all places, Walmart; I picked up a copy, and then another copy for a gift… well, I could have bought a dozen. It really is that good.
The book is titled, “Patches of Godlight,” and is “written” by Father Tim Kavanagh. I put the author’s name in quotes because the author is a character in the well loved “Mitford Series,” written by Jan Karon. All of the books …read more
