I really can’t imagine how there are people out there who don’t like shopping?? I don’t know if I can blame it on all of the shopping I have been doing lately, or it’s the fact that I have been waking up at 3:30 am every morning wide awake!! And you might be wondering why?? Well, most of us have wondered on occasion if our breath is enough to send people running. So, I went looking to see what the worse culprets were and did you know that coffee is high on the list of things that can contribute to bad breath! Now add alcohol, sugary mints and of course onions, garlic, curry and here’s my all time favorite… brussel sprouts!!

If your feet have been driving you nuts the last few days, it’s because it’s today’s holiday. Mine have been doing just that. There will be days when absolutely nothing is wrong and then straight out of the blue, my ankle will suddenly give out and I can’t walk on it. I wonder if it has anything to do with all the Christmas shopping that I have been doing lately??
