At least I was until I saw the message from Deb L… thank you, thank you, thank you.

At the moment I’m trying this gel (that you apply every night) and there seems to be a little improvement. But the idea about the straw is worth checking out as well. Yes, it is the front teeth that I’m most concerned about. If I can get them white again, maybe I won’t have to give it up afterall. Fingers crossed. I do miss my coffee!!

I’m so used to having a cup at breakfast and then again at 3 pm… I’m not sure that giving it up is worth it. Vanity sometimes sucks!

Thanks again Deb!!

Post from: Daily Jots

Glass shape can cause increased calories

Calories

Daily Jots

Habits

I never gave this any thought until I read it this morning. Do you have a tendency to fill a smaller glass to the brim with a beverage, but pour less into a taller glass? Research at Cornel University seems to point in that direction! I’m going to fill one of my shorter glasses with water and then pour it into a tall glass… just to see what the difference is! And, as you can see in the photo, the shorter glass is also wider. Hmmm. That could make a big difference in calories!

Source

Post from: Daily Jots
