That Coffee Business – Updated
Well, I promised that I would tell you if I got through Saturday without a cup of coffee and I not only did that, I made coffee for dh this morning and didn’t even pour myself a smidgen. To be quite honest, I didn’t even smell it brewing and that is usually the hard part! So, here is am sipping on a mug of water… boring I know, but until they can figure out a way to remove the color from coffee, I will be keeping my distance.
Here’s to whiter teeth and a smaller waistline 
I wonder how many calories a year could be blamed on cream in coffee?
