Curried Chicken with Mango and Cantaloupe Slaw
It’s hot, I’m tired and I’m cranky. What I need is a personal chef to come into the kitchen while I’m up here working and prepare dinner. He’s going to have to make a quick trip to the supermarket, so he might as well pick up a bottle of wine while he’s out. I know that there are no rules anymore, but make it white anyway so it can be cold. It seems like the perfect way to end yet another day with workmen under my feet!
And maybe, we can eat outside in our backyard and watch the sun go down. We have grass on half of it. When the rest of the sod is going to arrive, I haven’t a clue.
I really am finished ranting… honestly.
