New York Egg Cream
Look what I just found!!
I have heard so much about this drink, but the name kind of turned me off. I thoughts that there really were eggs in the recipe. But I just found a list of ingredients and there is not an egg to be found! Just a bit of chocolate syrup, milk and seltzer. Doesn’t come much easier than that.
I think I’m going to have to put this off until the weekend as I am running low on some of the ingredients… okay, I don’t have any chocolate syrup or selzer and the only milk I have in the house is skim milk and I’m thinking that wouldn’t work very well in this case.
The Recipe… but if you have anything else that you would add… leave a comment. I’m sure that there are zillions of variations and I’m in the mood to try them all!!
But what about the waistline?? So I will have to exercise a bit more, but I have a feeling that it will be worth it.
