Living in the Present

I have to admit that I do think a lot about what it was like when the kids were little and never gave it much thought before I read that quote. I guess it is saying that we miss out on so much of what is going on right now, when we constantly live in the past or worry what is coming in the future??
I’m going to have to work on this. I’m going to try really hard not to let my thoughts wander today. But I have a feeling that it is not going to be easy! But after raising two kids… I just have so many memories. I guess that I have to concentrate on the now so that I can create more memories! That makes sense.
