*Fat Free = Calorie Free?
Okay, today’ I’m thinking about cookies. You just never know what my brain will come up with next… so here goes. The next time you see FAT FREE on that bag of cookies, check the calorie count. You might be in for a bit of a surprise. Fat free unfortunately does not mean calorie free.
Yes, lucky me… I have been reduced to reading labels big time. First I look for the sugar content thank to diabetes, then I look for the salt content because of my blood sugar and then I look at the fat content because of my waistline. At the rate I’m going, I’m going to be the healthiest mom on our street!
And I’m determined to fit into last year’s bathing suit, the next time we head south! Yes, I have to drive hours and hours to use my own pool!
