Sunday… A Day of Rest
We seldom do that. Rest, I mean. But Sunday is a day that is traditionally set aside for worship of God, The Creator, Spirit… whatever you call Him, and we rarely honor that resting day. I don’t think it was a day set aside because God felt some need for people to stand around telling Him how great He is. That hardly seems to be something a loving God would need. A loving God would be there to tell you all He wants is love in return and He gave you the day of rest to restore your soul and spirit.
I have found a place on the Web, and I am sure I’ll be blogging about it again. It changes all the time to reflect the season, the needs of people, and the guidance of the Spirit. I visit it frequently and I hope you will make it a part of your daily visits on the ‘net.
